Data Deletion

You can remove your data from Sonder at any time. Choose whichever applies:

Disconnect Instagram

In your project, go to Schedule → Trends and disconnect. This immediately deletes the stored Instagram connection and access token from our servers. You can also remove Sonder from Instagram → Apps and websites, which automatically triggers deletion of your Instagram data on our side.

Delete your entire account

Open Settings → Delete account in the app (or on the web) and confirm. This immediately and permanently deletes your account, your projects, your profile, and any connected Instagram data — no email or waiting period. If you’ve already lost access to the account, email jason@sonderoom.com from your account address with the subject “Delete my account.”
